These 7 “Healthy” foods are keeping you obese

In a world filled with deceptive marketing practices, misinformation and with a lack of education on health. We are bound to mistake certain foods as healthy when they are quite literally the opposite.

1: Peanut butter - While peanut butter is healthy and very nutrient dense with tons of healthy fats, it is also very calorie dense. It is important to weigh out your peanut butter to get your weight loss goals!

2: Whole grain cereals - While these are marketed as “heart Healthy” and “part of a balanced diet”. They are anything but that loaded with excessive amounts of sugar and carbohydrates.

3: Certain Protein Bars - Protein bars can be a delicious healthy snack but not all protein bars are made the same. Looking at something such as the cliff protein bar that has 30 grams of carbs and almost 20grams of sugar. That is ridiculous, so be sure to always check the label!

4: Yogurt - While certain yogurts, like fat-free Greek yogurt, offer health benefits, the traditional options you might commonly purchase, such as Yoplait and various chocolate or pie-flavored yogurts, are loaded with added sugars and are considerably unhealthy.

5: Dried Fruits - Dried fruits are absolutely horrible for YOU. These romanticized candy bars have up to 30grams of sugar PER SERVING and 30 grams of carbs.

6: Choosing the wrong kind of meat - Cuts like lamb ribs are extremely high in fat and lower in protein compared to other types of meat you can buy. So check that nutrition label!

7: Fruit Juices - These are practically sodas just repackaged same amount of sugars and carbs just made from fruit which is a little healthier. As you get some nutritional value but don’t buy these ever.

Unfortunately, after a few months of maintaining a proper diet, Brently experienced a setback. The course has been turbulent, whether due to inadequate food tracking or sporadic crash diets.

Back on track

However, in his latest video titled "The Weight Loss Is Fine, I Need to Chill Out," Brently opens up about teetering on the edge of an eating disorder but emphasizes the importance of taking things slow. It appears he has found a way to calm his mind and is finally back on track. Excited to witness his renewed progress!

Planet fitness changing its 10$ membership price

For over 30 years planet fitness hasn’t changed its 10$ membership price. Sadly in some locations it might be changing.

Why now?

Planet Fitness has experienced a notable increase in total sales in the third quarter of this year📈📈📈📈.

What’s happening?

In response, the company is exploring the possibility of raising prices without jeopardizing its member growth. This initiative has commenced with adjustments to prices at various locations across the country. We will have to see if the price increase will become widespread or not
